The current website
The Merana website introduces a creative review concept and offers an interactive sample review. It does not sell physical products, accept payments, or offer paid subscriptions. You do not need to purchase anything to explore the demo.
This policy applies to that website and demo. It does not establish refund terms for a separate paid product or service.
Returns and exchanges
No physical goods are sold or shipped through this website, so there are no products to return or exchange. The FORMA campaign and the product shown in its artwork are fictional demonstration content, not items offered for sale.
Refunds and cancellations
Using the demo does not create a charge, paid order, or subscription. There is therefore no demo purchase to refund and no subscription to cancel.
A sample approval records a decision only within your browser. It does not place an order, authorise a payment, or create a paid service agreement.
This policy does not set a refund window, eligibility criteria, or a processing deadline for paid services that are not offered on this website.
Questions about a payment
If you believe you have been charged in connection with Merana, email support@merana.store with the transaction date, amount and currency, payment reference, and a brief explanation. Share only the information needed to identify the transaction.
Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or one-time passcodes. Contacting us does not itself approve or issue a refund.
Leaving or resetting the demo
You can stop using the demo by closing the page. To remove your sample comments and approvals, use “Reset demo” in the sample review, or clear this website’s stored data in your browser.
Resetting affects only the locally saved review. It does not cancel a payment or delete a review summary you have downloaded. See the Privacy Policy for more about browser storage.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
