What these terms cover
These terms cover the public Merana website and its interactive creative review demo. The website explains a product concept and lets you explore a fictional sample project.
These are website and demo terms. They do not establish a paid subscription, a client services agreement, or terms for a hosted collaboration service.
Using the sample review
You may explore the sample artwork, switch versions, add and resolve comments, record a sample approval, and download a review summary. No account or purchase is required.
The FORMA campaign, reviewer names, feedback, and approval records are examples. They are not real customer endorsements, product listings, or evidence of a completed commercial project.
Approvals in the demo are illustrative records. They do not send a message to a client, authorise a payment, sign a contract, or approve work outside your local sample review.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, or obtain unauthorised access to systems or information.
Use sample information when trying the demo. Do not enter confidential client work, payment details, passwords, or personal information you do not have permission to use. You are responsible for the information you enter and any review summary you choose to share.
Local storage and exports
Demo changes are saved in your browser when local storage is available. They are not sent to Merana, synced to another device, or shared with other visitors. A link to the demo opens the sample experience rather than your saved review.
Browser settings, clearing site data, or resetting the demo can remove your changes. The demo is not a backup service or a place to keep your only copy of important information. Download a summary if you want a separate record; manage that file on your own device.
The Privacy Policy explains browser storage, website requests, and email enquiries.
Website content
The website’s text, branding, artwork, and other assets may be protected by intellectual property rights. Access to the demo does not by itself give permission to republish Merana branding or present sample material as your own client work. Where an asset carries a separate licence, that licence continues to apply.
You retain any rights you hold in the comments you write. Entering them in the local demo does not publish them to Merana or other visitors.
Payments and refunds
The current website has no checkout, paid subscriptions, physical product sales, or payment collection. Opening the demo and recording an approval do not create a purchase.
Read the Return and Refund Policy for the current scope and how to raise a question about a payment. These terms do not set prices, refund deadlines, or service commitments for a separate paid offering.
Demo limitations and your rights
The demo demonstrates a review workflow. It does not provide connected accounts, uploads, cloud storage, client notifications, or live collaboration. Do not rely on sample approval records as evidence that another person has reviewed or accepted your work.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
